Reworking Redundant & Damaged Stock
Damaged reels, mislabelled stock, material left over from a cancelled order — none of it has to be written off. We guillotine to new sizes, rewind damaged reels, strip and repack pallets, and reformat material so it can be used elsewhere or resold.

Ream Wrapping & Specialist Sheeting

Reducing Waste Across the Operation
Careful handling, controlled storage and efficient planning keep damage, mis-cuts and scrap to a minimum. What waste we do generate is sorted and sent for recycling.
Quality Assurance
Quality is embedded at every stage of the conversion process. All incoming reels and sheets are checked against mill test certificates before processing begins. During conversion, our operators monitor dimensions, edge quality and surface condition continuously. Finished goods are inspected and recorded against your purchase order before palletising and wrapping.
Scalderhurst holds both FSC and PEFC chain-of-custody certification, providing independently verified traceability from the forest to your factory. Every delivery is accompanied by the relevant certification documentation, ensuring your supply chain meets responsible sourcing requirements for retail, food packaging and export markets.
